Welcome to 1xplaysports (“1xplaysports”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”).
We are a software/service provider incorporated in India.
1. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
“Act” means, as applicable, any of:
The Information Technology Act, 2000;
The Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008;
The Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
“Rule” means, as applicable:
The Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices And Procedures And Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011; and/or
The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
“1xplaysports” / “Company” / “We” / “Us” means 1xplaysports, its affiliates, partners, employees, officers and agents.
“Website(s)/Mobile Application(s)” means the websites, mobile applications and related services owned or operated by 1xplaysports.
“Service(s)” means the products, features, content and services offered by 1xplaysports through the Website(s)/Mobile Application(s).
“User(s)” means any natural or legal person who accesses, registers with, or uses the Website(s)/Mobile Application(s).
“Materials” includes all content, text, images, audio, video, software, graphics, trademarks, logos and other materials available on the Website(s)/Mobile Application(s).
“Public Forum” means any interactive area of the Website(s)/Mobile Application(s) where Users can post content (comments, messages, uploads, etc.).
“User Content” means any content posted, uploaded, transmitted or made available by Users on the Website(s)/Mobile Application(s).
“Terms of Use” / “Terms” means these Terms & Conditions together with any future updates published by 1xplaysports.
“Privacy Policy” means 1xplaysports’ privacy policy published on the Website(s)/Mobile Application(s).
2. INTRODUCTION
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1xplaysports governing your access to and use of the Website(s)/Mobile Application(s) and the Services. By accessing or using the Website(s)/Mobile Application(s), you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
3. USER REGISTRATION
You may browse certain parts of the Website(s)/Mobile Application(s) without registration. For full access you may be required to register an account, or sign in using supported third-party login methods (e.g., Google, mobile number).
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
1xplaysports may suspend or terminate accounts where it reasonably believes registration information is false, accounts are misused, or terms are violated.
4. USE OF THE WEBSITE(S)/MOBILE APPLICATION(S)
All Materials are protected by intellectual property laws. 1xplaysports and/or its licensors retain all rights.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, create derivative works, reverse engineer, publicly display, or commercially exploit the Materials without prior written consent from 1xplaysports.
5. PROHIBITED USE
You must not use the Services to:
upload, transmit or share content that violates another’s rights, is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, pornographic, hateful, or promotes illegal activity;
impersonate others or conceal your identity;
send unsolicited bulk messages (spam);
upload malicious code (viruses, malware), or otherwise interfere with the Services.
1xplaysports reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms.
6. PUBLIC FORUM & USER CONTENT
Content posted in Public Forums is public and may be viewed by others.
You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting you grant 1xplaysports a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, distribute, adapt, publish and display such content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Services.
1xplaysports does not endorse User Content and is not responsible for its accuracy or legality. We may disable, remove or preserve User Content as required by law or to protect rights and safety.
7. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS
All trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos displayed on the Services are the property of 1xplaysports or their respective owners.
If you believe your copyrighted work is used on the Services in a manner that constitutes infringement, please contact us with details so we may investigate.
8. LINKS
The Website(s)/Mobile Application(s) may contain links to third-party sites. 1xplaysports is not responsible for the content or practices of such sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
9. USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS
We use analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics) that collect information through cookies to analyse usage. Data collected may be processed outside India. By using the Services you consent to such processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. ADVERTISING MATERIAL
The Services may include advertising or sponsored content. 1xplaysports is not responsible for advertisers’ products or transactions between Users and advertisers. Any dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
11. INTERNATIONAL USE
The Services are provided from India. Access from other jurisdictions may be restricted or unlawful. If you access the Services from outside India, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
12. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” 1xplaysports disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
1xplaysports is not liable for interruptions, errors, omissions, delays, or for any damages arising from your use of the Services or third-party links.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1xplaysports’ total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Privacy Policy shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for use of the Services. In any case, maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed INR 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only).
You agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services.
13. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 1xplaysports and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
1xplaysports may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Website(s)/Mobile Application(s). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with any change, discontinue use of the Services.
15. RELATIONSHIP
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and 1xplaysports.
16. TERMINATION
1xplaysports may terminate, suspend or restrict access to the Services, accounts or content at any time for any reason. Termination does not affect accrued rights or liabilities.
17. SUBSCRIPTION & REFUND POLICY
Subscription access (if applicable) grants access only to content/features for the purchased plan and duration.
Payments & Renewals
Subscription fees are payable in advance for the subscription period chosen.
Recurring payments (if you authorize) will continue until cancelled by you prior to the next billing cycle.
Payment processing is performed by third-party payment processors; by making payments you agree to their terms and consent to provide payment information to them.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel subscriptions from your account. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refunds will be provided unless expressly specified in the Refund Policy.

1xplaysports reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, and offers; price changes for existing subscriptions, if any, will apply on renewal.
18. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior agreements.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
Force Majeure: 1xplaysports is not liable for failures caused by events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, network outages, pandemic, war, etc.).
The Services are provided primarily for entertainment/information purposes.
The Privacy Policy and any other posted policies are incorporated herein by reference.
19. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, exclusive jurisdiction for disputes shall lie with the courts at Gurugram / Gurugram (Haryana), India.
