Subscription & Refund Policy — 1xplaysports

1. Overview

This Subscription & Refund Policy explains the terms that apply to purchases of premium subscriptions on the 1xplaysports Website(s) and Mobile Application(s). Purchase of a premium subscription grants access only to the content and features included in the specific subscription plan you purchase.

2. Subscription Plans & Validity

• The services offered and the duration of your premium subscription (“Subscription Period”) depend on the plan you choose. Before purchasing, please read the plan details carefully on the Website/Application.

• 1xplaysports may personalize content recommendations and features as part of subscription benefits and may update or improve subscription offerings from time to time.

• Subscription renewal extends access for further Subscription Periods. Renewal terms (including pricing changes) will be available on the Site/Application.

3. Personal, Non-Transferable Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are personal and meant solely for the subscribing user. Resale, transfer, sharing, or sublicensing of subscriptions is prohibited.

• If 1xplaysports determines (in its sole discretion) that a subscription has been resold, transferred, or otherwise misused, we may suspend or terminate the subscription immediately.

4. Additional Services & Terms

• Some subscriptions may include access to additional services or features. Additional terms for such services may be provided on the Platform (e.g., separate FAQs or service-specific terms). Users are responsible for reviewing those terms.

5. Pricing & Payments

• Subscription fees are payable in advance and are valid for the chosen Subscription Period unless cancelled or terminated as per this Policy.

• If you authorize recurring billing, subscription fees will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel prior to the next billing date.

• You agree that 1xplaysports may charge the payment method you provide or later update for any recurring charges, provided such update is made before the next billing cycle.

• Failure to make payment may result in suspension or restriction of access until dues are cleared.

• All fees are subject to applicable taxes (including GST) and other levies as required by law.

6. Price Changes & Offers

• 1xplaysports reserves the right to change subscription pricing. For existing paid subscriptions, new prices (if any) will apply only on the next renewal unless stated otherwise.

• We may offer custom plans, discounts or promotional pricing from time to time. Unless explicitly authorized by 1xplaysports, third parties are not permitted to offer discounts on our behalf.

7. Payment Gateways & Third-Party Service Providers

• Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways or aggregators (“Third-Party Service Providers”). The availability of payment methods may vary by territory and plan.

• Third-Party Service Providers may have their own fees and will collect required payment details to process transactions. You may be redirected to the provider’s site to complete payment.

• 1xplaysports does not control and is not responsible for the privacy/security practices, terms, or actions of third-party payment providers. Please review their terms and privacy policy before completing transactions.

• Use of certain payment methods may require you to enter into a separate agreement with the payment provider; that agreement is solely between you and the provider.

8. Refunds & Cancellation

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription through your account settings on the Platform. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the then-current billing period. After cancellation, your subscription will not renew, but you will retain access for the remainder of the current period.

• 1xplaysports may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate subscriptions for violations of terms or misuse.

Refunds

• Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific refund policy or promotional terms, subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.

• No prorated refunds will be provided for early cancellation during an active billing period, unless an exception is expressly made by 1xplaysports.

• In limited cases (e.g., duplicate charges, technical payment failures), refunds may be considered subject to verification and applicable laws. 9. Chargebacks & Collection

• If you dispute charges with your bank or payment provider (chargeback) without first contacting 1xplaysports, we may restrict your access pending resolution. Repeated chargebacks may result in account suspension.

• 1xplaysports reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid fees using available remedies, including charging other payment methods on file or engaging collection services.

10. Refund Exceptions & Support

• Any special refund terms for particular offers, trials or promotions will be disclosed with those offers. Trial periods, if offered, are governed by the specific trial terms displayed at the time of sign-up.
